Job Overview

A strategic business leader is required to spearhead the transformation of Product Lifecycle Management processes within a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis and re-engineering efforts for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, fostering collaboration with stakeholders across multiple units.
  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Supply Chain & Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs units.
  • Document current and future-state business processes regarding PLM, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering medium to large-scale technology application implementations, showcasing expertise in complex project management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Product Development processes, ensuring a deep understanding of product life cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and relevant technologies used in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains, demonstrating expertise in process improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in working within extensive, multi-layered organizations, showcasing adaptability and leadership abilities.
