  • Position: Team Leader – Dapto Shop (Permanent Part-Time)

We're seeking an experienced retail leader to lead the volunteer team at our Dapto Lifeline shop, supporting critical suicide prevention and crisis support services.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, working closely with the Assistant Team Leader to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and thriving retail environment. Your leadership will directly impact our services that help people in crisis.

About You:

  • You have proven experience leading a retail team
  • You're proactive and display initiative in problem solving, planning, and process improvement
  • You have experience in proactive management of workplace health and safety
  • You have awareness of clothing labels, brands, and secondhand retail trends
  • You have experience working with volunteers and/or in the not-for-profit sector
