Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting high-performing teams?
We're looking for aTeam Assistantto join our dynamic West Auckland Sales & Leasing division.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organisational skills and creativity will shine.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide primary administrative support to the General Manager and wider team
Coordinate marketing campaigns, auctions, and media bookings
Prepare executive summaries, proposals, and presentations
Manage property listings and compile research and documentation
Organise team and client events, meetings, and diary/email management
Maintain databases, track records, and campaign budgets
Ensure branding guidelines and company procedures are followed
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with property-related websites and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
High level of initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism
