Organisational Management Specialist

The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest and most-loved charities, helping thousands of Australians every year find hope in the midst of all kinds of personal hardship.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide operational management and oversight of all business, finance, property, and administration functions.
- Effective leadership and management are required for direct reports
- Regularly review and present reports to Corps Officers and other key leaders
- Volunteer coordination of the Corps on Workday and liaison with Ministry Stream Leaders are key responsibilities
- Corps property function, including WHS compliance and equipment audits, must be overseen
- Logistics and operations support for fundraising events are essential
This is a permanent full-time position based in Ringwood VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Clerks Private Sector Award Level 5.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate in Business Administration (desirable)
- At least 2 years of experience in administration
- Post-secondary qualifications highly regarded
- Previous church or not-for-profit management experience highly regarded
