About Our Organisational Development Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Organisational Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of organisational learning initiatives. This will involve administering and supporting various organisational development and learning initiatives, including managing the Learning Management System, compliance training, engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programmes.

","

The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of programmes and smooth daily operations of the department. The appointee will also be the first point of contact for queries, responding directly or escalating them as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of organisational learning initiatives.
  • Administer and support a variety of organisational development and learning initiatives.
  • Maintain OD tools such as the Corporate Professional Development Calendar and LinkedIn Learning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of programmes and daily operations.
  • Be the first point of contact for queries, responding directly or escalating them as appropriate.
