This is an opportunity for a passionate and strategic Program Manager to lead the delivery of rotational programs for early career professionals.

  • Drive exceptional experiences for graduates and interns from onboarding to program roll-off.
  • Lead innovation and excellence across the program to maximize impact, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Deliver briefing sessions and communications to leaders and graduates, presenting at internal and external events.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, workforce planners, and stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
  • Lead performance review conversations with stakeholders, providing additional support where needed.
  • Ensure graduates feel supported, empowered, and connected.
  • Use data and feedback to track and measure program effectiveness, continuously improving program outcomes and graduate development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to expand the Graduate program.

  • Proven experience in program management, engagement, or talent development.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, high resilience in times of change or ambiguity.
  • Skilled in delivering projects and change initiatives with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in project planning and managing resources.
  • Excellent time management, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a large agile organization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable delivering autonomously and co-authoring solutions with colleagues, excited to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest and passion in supporting early career talent and creating exceptional experiences.
