
Senior Demand Planning Analyst

About the role of a Demand Planner, you will work closely with senior sales and marketing leaders to develop accurate demand-based sales forecasts.
The Key Responsibilities- Use statistical forecasting software to create forecasts and provide insightful analysis.
- Partner with commercial teams to fine-tune forecasts using business acumen and add intelligence through strategic partnerships.
- Integrate forecasts with Supply Plan and Business Unit plans to drive informed decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop aggregate demand forecasts and supporting assumptions on a monthly basis.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure forecast accuracy and bias.
- Act as the primary point of contact for supply planning and ensure seamless communication.
- Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned Business Units and align with overall business strategies.
- Apply Product Life Cycle Management principles based on Business Strategies to optimize results.
You will require excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, a curious attitude, forecasting experience, and advanced Excel spreadsheet skills to excel in this role.
