Are you an up-and-coming Demand Planning/Supply Chain Analyst looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and take the next step in your career? As a valued part of the Supply Chain - Operations Excellence team, your role will be to ensure the availability of our equipment to meet demand across Australia, whilst optimising network costs. Based at our North Ryde office, this role reports directly to the Manager, Demand Planning. The key responsibilities of this role include supporting the on-going planning and optimization of our network using JDA Planning Software to drive efficiencies and maximize the customer experience.

As a demand planner, you will develop short
- and medium-term demand forecasts for our equipment as it moves around Australia. You will develop solutions to achieve plans, identify constraints and propose ways to remove barriers. Your proactive participation in projects will enable improvements to demand planning and forecasting systems and processes. Your key responsibilities include ethe following:
- Conduct monthly consensus forecast review meetings as part of IBP process.- Continuous improvement of forecast accuracy- Interact with Sales & Category team to understand demand forecast drivers.- Identify, interpret and articulate statistical forecast trends.- Reporting and KPI measurement, ability to build dashboards to drive action plans and continuous improvement.

What will ensure your success:
- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline- Planning experience within demand, supply, production, or transport- Some exposure to planning within a retail or FMCG environment would be an advantage- Experience using planning software for stock and production management- Strong Excel skills: exposure to SAP would be an advantage- Strong analytical skills- An ability to engage with stakeholders and lead decision-making conversations- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated strategic vision for multi-channel communications.
