You will be responsible for generating sales appointments, establishing commonality with customers, and working closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless check-in experience.

  • Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide high-quality service and a smooth transition process.
  • Craft compelling benefits of traveling within our community.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting targets and KPIs set by the business.
  • Being available for weekend and public holiday shifts.

  • Prior experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous.
