Training and Growth Manager

We are seeking a professional to lead, guide, and promote our training and development programs to develop the personal and professional growth of staff.

  • Provide expertise in identifying and facilitating training needs, in conjunction with relevant parties.
  • Coordinate and evaluate internal and external education programs to meet hospital requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the Nurse Education Team, developing strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Leadership with nursing workforce activities, including GradStart, School Based Trainees, and ClinConnect.
  • Report mandatory training statistics to the Human Resources Manager and Calvary National Learning and Development Team.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice and post-registration nursing and/or education qualification relevant to clinical area.
  • Demonstrated experience in education program development, implementation, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current clinical practice with commitment to ongoing self-development.
  • Sound understanding of educational quality standards and analytical thinking.
  • Competence in complex software programs and learning management systems.
  • Ability to build strong relationships through interpersonal and coaching skills.
