Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging face-to-face inductions and accredited training to support employee onboarding, development, and retention within our Child and Family Services teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver face-to-face inductions and TCI training to employees
  • Ensure all training meets accreditation standards
  • Record and track training in the Learning Hub
  • Provide real-time feedback on candidate progression
Requirements
  • Qualified TCI Trainer (mandatory)
  • Cert IV TAE (completed or studying)
  • Strong group facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel within NSW for training
  • Skilled in feedback, problem solving, and continuous improvement
