We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Evolve Talent. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, working closely with our project managers and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Oversee orders for materials and additional labor, ensuring efficient and effective project execution
  • Coordinate with staff on the project, ensuring smooth and seamless project delivery
  • Attend site meetings, floor walks, and toolbox talks to ensure project progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including SWMS and daily/weekly reports
  • Interview and select staff for security tech, data tech, and electrician roles
Requirements
  • White card - Essential
  • Full driving license - Essential
  • Qualified electrician - Advantageous
  • Experience in the construction industry - Advantageous
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a self-managed and driven capacity to achieve set outcomes
