About the Role

This is a dynamic project management position within IVE Data-Driven Communications, a leading holistic marketing company. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage stakeholders and understand project benefits
  • Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and team members
  • Collaborate to deliver projects on time and under budget
  • Coordinate multiple projects and teams, with a focus on data, logic, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Provide regular status reports and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Requirements
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to set a clear vision and mission for the project
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Clear and constructive communication skills, with experience communicating with people at different levels and in different departments
  • Self-starter with a 'can do' attitude and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Collaborator with excellent listening and attention to detail skills
  • Good knowledge of SDLC and Systems, with the ability to understand and document requirements clearly
  • Vendor management experience, with the ability to ensure vendors deliver to business needs
  • Business analysis skills, with the ability to gather and document requirements accurately
About You
  • Certified or understands Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • ERP experience highly desirable
  • Must be hands-on and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all internal organisational levels and external suppliers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid skills with the suite of Microsoft products - Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
