Duties and Responsibilities

  2. Providing timely and accurate support and guidance to the Business Manager and team members on procurement matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  3. Drafting and reviewing procurement-related documentation including spending proposals, request for quotes, contracts and deeds of variation.
  4. Assisting with reporting obligations related to procurement.
  5. Driving continuous business improvements in procurement and asset management.
  6. Maintaining records in the SAP/Aurion Finance system.">

Key Selection Criteria

  • ">
  • Strong communication skills and working knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Framework.
  • Awareness of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and ability to contribute sensitively to joint management of the park.
  • Skill in managing procurement and asset management processes within the Commonwealth.
  • Ability to use procurement-related systems such as SAP / TechOne.
  • Previous experience in managing contracts with service providers.">
