Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Specialist to lead an internal project focused on consolidating contract terms following an acquisition. This is a key opportunity for someone with a strong background in contract negotiation, drafting, and advising to take on a leadership role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the internal project team to consolidate contract terms across various business units.
  • Develop and implement a transition plan to migrate clients to new contract terms while ensuring seamless continuity of services.
  • Collaborate with the combined Experian Legal team to provide specialist legal advice on consolidated contracting terms.
  • Work closely with product and legal teams to prepare new consolidated contract templates and prioritize client contracts for transition to new terms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in discussing and negotiating data and technology-related contracts.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to establish and lead the internal project team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
