Job Role

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing contracts analysis and administration support to ensure the contractual relationship with customers is aligned with company guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating customer terms and conditions;
  • Negotiating contract terms until an agreed position is achieved;
  • Preparing and updating draft contracts, including version control;
  • Assessing outward-bound contracts to ensure specifications and demands are included;
  • Receiving incoming contracts from customers and assessing changes or requests for variance;
  • Working through variances to meet all parties' requirements and redrafting contracts accordingly;
  • Supporting order acceptance process and preparing contract summary documentation;
  • Coordinating with General Counsel for legislative and statutory obligations;
  • Acquiring sign-off from Managers to ensure compliance.

This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, good communication skills, and ability to maintain rapport and goodwill with customers during negotiations.
