You will be responsible for creating seamless hotel operations by working closely with our Super Host & Hotel Manager. Your focus will be on understanding our key guests and enhancing their stay.

The position offers accelerated development opportunities in hotel management or corporate areas, comprehensive onboarding & ongoing support, and the chance to join our Fast-Track Hotel Management Development program.

  • Provide exceptional guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during their stay)
  • Offer creative resolutions to complaints and problems
  • Be a true host, and local connection for our guests - know the local area intimately enough to provide advice and recommendations to guests on key points of interest
  • Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional manner
  • Identify & explore opportunities to increase the number of returning & new guests
  • Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to best standard
