
Customer Service Specialist

The role of a Customer Experience Ambassador is to provide exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for helping them find suitable products and services that best match their needs, ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customized customer service experience every step of the way.
Key responsibilities include assisting with account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions, and demonstrating Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers.
You will also ensure all customer details are accurate and up-to-date, working collaboratively as a team to create a signature customer experience.
