We're shaping the future of real estate for a better world, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our Government Agency client buildings, you'll provide a welcoming and professional reception service, offering information and directions as needed.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a holistic customer service experience to staff and visitors, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Assist with the set-up of audio-visual equipment within the Conference Centre, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Support client staff and visitors/contractors during emergency situations, providing a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Notify defects issues for managed areas to the Property Help Desk, ensuring prompt attention to any issues.
  • Assist staff with queries related to facilities management services and amenities, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Accept, monitor, and control bookings for various facilities within the building, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide remote concierge services, including meeting room booking and email delegation, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Aid in basic administrative tasks for large conference groups, providing a high level of support and organization.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and catering contractors to ensure conference and meeting rooms are properly cleared and cleaned, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is essential due to client requirements.
  • Experience in Concierge, Customer Service, Hospitality, or similar is highly desirable.
