Workplace Concierge

Colliers Workplace Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Workplace Concierge. This part-time role will be based in our Canberra CBD office and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrival Experience: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of service delivery, fostering a "happy to help" culture across all Workplace Services touch points.
  • Administrative Support: Efficiently administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, break-out areas, and internal events.
  • Maintenance and Support: Assist in maintaining the workplace to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, with a focus on customer-centric events.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments, working with autonomy, independence, and initiative.
  • Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organization, paying attention to detail.
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritizing workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding that priorities may change.
  • Experienced discernment to recognize when a situation requires guidance or collaboration to achieve collective success.
Additional Information:

This is a part-time office-based role, servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster. We are happy to discuss the working schedule to balance your lifestyle with our service deliverables and workplace outcomes. National police checks are required for this position, and only candidates with Australian residency will be considered.
