Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge Team Member to join our team at Abode Apartments. As the first point of contact for our residents and their guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that every interaction is a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 5-star front desk service and respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Building Manager with daily operations, including administration, key distribution, and resident communication.
  • Ensure the building's presentation is maintained to the highest standards, including internal and external inspections.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve set goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Reliability and availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to fluently speak, understand, read, and write in English.
  • Organized time management skills and a commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Ability to undertake the physical demands of the role.
  • Valid Australian work rights.
