We are seeking a dedicated customer service and administration professional to join our team at a hearing clinic in Eastwood, NSW.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the clinics
