We are seeking a client-focused professional to join our team as a permanent, full-time Coordinator with an immediate start.

This role involves coordinating the provision of direct services for clients, resolving situations as they arise, and ensuring ongoing communication with staff and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, flexibility, and adaptability. You will also have excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills, with experience navigating challenging personalities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team in a complex or fast-paced environment;
  • Dedication to achieving the best outcome for staff and clients alike;
  • Knowledge and understanding of disability support services;
  • Establishing and monitoring the delivery of support services for people with disabilities;
