Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Risk Manager, Client Safety Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing our risk management framework, investigating and managing client safety issues, and leading accreditation processes across the organisation.

- Investigating and managing client safety issues.
- Leading accreditation processes across the organisation.
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of policy and procedure frameworks.
- Leading and managing quality improvement programs.
- Developing and maintaining quality audit programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to clients.
- Conduct thorough investigations into client safety incidents and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain quality systems and processes.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Tertiary clinical qualification relevant to the position (nursing, social work, or allied health field).
- At least 5 years' experience in risk, compliance, quality, and client safety.
- Experience with accreditation processes (at least 2 years).
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk, compliance, and quality frameworks related to health service provision.
- Highly developed analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
