About the Opportunity

You will design and deliver training pathways that ensure our workforce is safe, compliant and equipped to deliver complex infrastructure projects.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, industry partners and training providers to create programs that reflect real-world challenges and emerging practices.

  • Lead trainers and oversee delivery of construction-focused training programs.
  • Design structured pathways that support operational needs and long-term workforce planning.
  • Partner with the RTO to create compliant training courses.
  • Engage with external training providers and subject matter experts.
What You'll Bring
  • A background in construction within the electricity or utilities sector.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
