Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our team. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing and adjudicating claims made by individuals under their policies. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Description

As a Claims Consultant at TAL, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and adjudicating claims made by individuals under their policies
  • Interacting with customers, doctors, accountants, lawyers, rehabilitation experts, and other stakeholders to gather information and make decisions
  • Providing guidance and support to customers throughout the claims process
  • Analyzing complex data and making informed decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on claim outcomes

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
