Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Claims team and make a positive impact on the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish with independence and expertise.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate outcomes for our customers.
  • Assess, analyze, calculate, and finalize claims payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including claim management, communication, and inquiries.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality management of claims.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in similar positions involving income protection, life, lump sum, trauma, critical illness, injury, TPD, or death claims.
  • Retail, Group, or Direct claims case management experience is highly desired.
  • Able to build rapport and empathy with customers during difficult times.
  • Passionate and driven with a natural willingness to continue to learn.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, plus excellent employee benefits, including an onsite gym.
