Job Title: Life Insurance Claims Professional

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. As a Life Insurance Claims Professional, you will be responsible for assessing and managing life insurance claims, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage life insurance claims from initial notification to final resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including underwriters and financial services teams
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in life insurance claims management, preferably in a retail or group environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with high level of professionalism
