Social Media Strategy Director

Job Description

This role is responsible for driving the development of a customer-first social media and cross-channel editorial strategy. The director will partner with various teams to create compelling social media campaigns and cohesive plans that communicate the brand, elevate its purpose, and connect it to timely, meaningful, and relevant cultural events and milestones.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish a strategy for leveraging social media platforms to engage audiences and drive brand awareness, affinity, and purchase intent.
  • Manage internal social media team, social media agency, and develop Social Media policies and procedures.
  • Test hypotheses, identify opportunities, and develop clear business and measurement objectives. Generate ideas for new social media initiatives and manage their development and roll-out.
  • Analyze trends and innovation in social media ROI models, measurement, and tools. Identify emerging trends and best practices in social media and provide proactive recommendations.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing social media strategies, managing internal teams and external agencies, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
