Job Opportunity

This role supports the strategic development and implementation of a customer-centric social media and cross-channel editorial strategy. The Director partners with marketing, PR, social media, website, email, and digital marketing teams to develop compelling social media campaigns and cohesive plans that communicate our brand, elevate our purpose, and connect with cultural events and milestones that are timely, meaningful, and relevant to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes strategy for leveraging social media platforms to engage audiences and drive brand awareness, affinity, and purchase intent.
  • Manages internal social media team, agency, and implements Social Media policies and procedures.
  • Tests hypotheses, identifies opportunities, and develops clear business and measurement objectives. Generates ideas for new social media initiatives and manages their development and rollout.
  • Analyzes trends and innovation in social media ROI models, measurement, and tools. Identifies emerging best practices and provides proactive recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field required; Master's preferred.
  • 6+ years social media and content marketing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat).
  • Exceptional ability to develop clear, concise presentations for diverse audiences.
