The post of Speaking Test Standards Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the quality and consistency of examiner marking and delivery standards for Speaking tests across various programs.
This position involves managing the recruitment, training, and monitoring of examiners and trainer networks to guarantee that suitably qualified professionals are in place to meet global test centre demands.
- Spearhead the development of strategies to enhance examiner standards and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the trainer network to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of current systems and propose recommendations for enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective examiner training programs.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure consistent application of Speaking test standards.
