About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing phase of an upcoming ERP implementation.
The project will focus on Dynamics 365, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the system meets business requirements, is fully functional, and is delivered with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall test strategy and approach for the ERP implementation.
Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers and/or external test resources.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality.
Identify, track, and report testing risks, issues, and progress to project leadership.
Ensure testing processes are aligned with industry best practices and project governance.
Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing testing for large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Dynamics 365.
Strong knowledge of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail operations preferred).
Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and test cases.
Hands-on experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple testing streams.
