Key Test Leadership Role:

As a senior test manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading testing activities across multiple projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that test strategies and standards are in place.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Manage the delivery of testing services with vendors and internal staff to ensure that projects stay within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Act as a test subject matter expert, guiding management and stakeholders in the use of testing tools.
  • Analyze and report on test activities and results, escalating issues and risks as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and supporting data based on project specifications.
  • Assign the execution of test cases at various stages of testing.
  • Contribute to team improvement initiatives, including process changes and test automation.
  • Identify, manage, and document defects and operational issues.
  • Coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects.
  • Accurately record time and effort for testing activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Manage defect triages and meetings.
  • Coordinate with business teams during user acceptance testing.
