Examiner Standards Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing examiner standards and ensuring the effective delivery of Speaking tests.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and monitor suitably qualified examiners and examiner trainers to support the IDP test centre network.
- Manage examiner trainer performance via partner-agreed monitoring processes.
- Conduct IELTS Online Speaking Examiner Trainer training events and webinars online.
- Develop and implement global policies for the delivery of Speaking tests and ways of working with Examiner Trainers.
- Collaborate with the PSN Manager and relevant Partner Work Groups to develop and review policies, objectives, and strategies for the management of Speaking Examiner standards.
- Work with support staff to contribute to the development of Speaking Examiner Systems.
- Use data analysis to evaluate and report on systems, examiner trainer standards, and marking.
- Liaise with Test Centre Administrators to address examiner management queries at the local level.
- Design and create online training courses for the global network of Examiners and Examiner Trainers.
- Certified IELTS Speaking Examiner Trainer qualification.
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience.
- Organisational skills and ability to maintain focus under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large functional unit with diverse or complex functions.
- Experience in managing policy implementation and working with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in learning management and content creation systems.
- Proven experience working in an online environment.
