**Position Summary**:
Join Harris Farm Markets as a **Commercial Analyst (e Commerce)** where you'll split your role between our Online and Commercial teams. You'll be pivotal in reporting through weekly and monthly packs, daily reports, and timely analysis. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in Analytics within the Retail or FMCG space. You'll be responsible for managing time and expectations of both teams while ensuring high standards of analysis and data accuracy. You'll also play a key role in enhancing our Finance Team's contributions to the business, supporting various departments including Marketing, Logistics, Sustainability, Property, and Buying.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**eCommerce**:

- ** Performance Tracking**: Report on eCommerce operations, track performance, and support the Online team and stakeholders with KPI management and day-to-day operations.
- ** Analysis & Reporting**: Provide detailed analysis on Online performance, manage costs, and update P&Ls with weekly and monthly reports.
- ** Data Management**: Maintain data for Uber Eats, Online Picking, Online Delivery, and reconcile sales. Bridge gaps between Online team needs and available reports.
- ** Operational Support**: Review delivery options, assist with planning for new or existing sites, and evaluate cost vs. customer benefits for various operational changes.
- ** Budgeting & Forecasting**: Create and input FY budgets and provide timely forecasts, particularly for seasonal periods.

**Commercial**:

- ** Trade Reporting**: Assist with weekly trade pack updates and the development of the monthly board pack.
- ** Ad-Hoc Analysis**: Conduct regular sales breakdowns and performance analysis as requested.
- ** Sustainability Reporting**: Lead data collection for Harris Farm's yearly Carbon Footprint Reporting.

**Procurement**:

- ** Uniforms**: Manage day-to-day uniform support, handle supplier relationships, and manage employee data sets.
- ** Cleaning**: Oversee cleaning services for stores, warehouses, and offices, including invoice coding/approving and proposal reviews.

**Accounts Payable**:

- ** Invoice Allocation**: Assist with daily invoice allocation and vendor payment reconciliations. Develop tools to support AP with balance understanding.

**Reporting & Analysis Cover**:

- ** Critical Support**: Provide cover for Logistics, Production, Retail, and other areas during critical periods. Complete month-end processes as needed.

**Skills Required**:

- ** Education**: BA in Business/Accounting or CA/CPA Qualification.
- ** Analytical Expertise**: Strong ability to manipulate and interpret large volumes of data.
- ** Communication**: Excellent skills in gathering and disseminating information across various levels of the organization.
