- Knowledge of Optus Business and Enterprise solutions is a plus.

**Position Overview**:
As the Team Leader for Optus Business Centre Sydney East representing Optus Business and Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in driving the team's success in sales and service delivery. Reporting to Susheel Kumar Managing Director Optus Business Centre Sydney East focusing on the mid market segment (19 Employees and greater ), you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring they deliver exceptional results while maintaining positive client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. **Client Representation**: Represent Optus Business and Enterprise solutions to clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the team provides tailored solutions.

3. **Performance Management**: Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.

4. **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery, resolve issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

5. **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and customer retention.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven leadership experience in the telecommunications or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous knowledge of Optus Business and Enterprise solutions is advantageous.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
