About the Position
The Patient Administration Leader will spearhead a high-performing team, ensuring an exceptional patient experience from initial contact. This encompasses efficient patient administration and finance processes, delivering premium customer service, and adhering to organizational policy and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments, doctors, and patients to provide seamless patient booking, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
- Oversee patient administration teams, promoting customer-centric work, teamwork, and outcomes-driven initiatives.
- Maintain hospital and health funds compliance requirements for all patient administration processes.
