Administrative Support Opportunity

The Women's and Children's Services (WACS) ward areas are seeking a skilled and organized individual to provide reception and administrative support services in a dynamic healthcare environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver excellent care and outcomes for patients and families by working collaboratively with the healthcare team and providing frontline support and assistance with administrative operations of the maternity ward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update patient information regarding admissions and discharges in health information management systems.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • A current Working with Children Registration.
  • Previous experience working within a healthcare environment.
  • Previous experience in health-related or other databases.
