About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our diverse team, providing effective administrative assistance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front desk services and general assistance to patients, visitors and staff.
- Accurately collect and complete patient demographics.
- Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate area.
- Offer clerical support services.
- Process patient admissions and manage payments on admission.
Applicants should possess high levels of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, along with strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
