Job Title: Beauty and Home Product Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Beauty and Home Product Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product setup, stock management, and campaign execution.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage product and supplier setup for new SKUs, ensuring accurate categorization and compliance across owned-buy and marketplace models. You will also support range planning, stock flow, and content readiness for product launches and campaigns.

In addition, you will act as the go-to person for marketplace vendor coordination, onboarding, and troubleshooting with a solution-focused approach. You will assist with campaign planning and promotions, collaborating with marketing and ecommerce to drive visibility and conversion.

As a Beauty and Home Product Coordinator, you will track and report on sales, margin, and performance, helping drive actionable insights that shape future decisions.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in retail or ecommerce buying. You should have exceptional organization, admin, and multitasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables a must) is required.

A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset is essential for this role. Passion for beauty, homewares, and emerging consumer trends is a must. Experience with marketplace platforms is a plus.
