We are seeking a Strategic Growth Specialist to create lasting relationships with enterprise customers in the mining and facility management sectors.
This role focuses on understanding customers' needs, habits, and operational requirements to identify opportunities for support and streamline their businesses.
Main Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers through tailored solutions.
- Collaborate across business units to provide consolidated supply and drive operational efficiency.
- Analyse customer habits, requirements, and challenges to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver strategic support that helps customers run and grow their businesses.
- Travel regularly to remote sites to provide on-the-ground support and strengthen customer engagement.
- Candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred.
