Senior SAP Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR and Payroll Systems professional to join our team in a full-time and permanent role.

This senior leadership position involves the governance, enhancement, and performance of our People Management technology landscape.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain expertise in People Management systems
  • Manage business-driven changes including impact assessments
  • Lead six-monthly SuccessFactors review sessions to agree opt-in and understand universal changes for improved system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and software vendors to develop solutions
  • Evaluate day-to-day service provision from suppliers against agreement deliverables
  • Leverage relationships between strategic vendors and internal resources to meet business KPIs and enhance service
  • Identify areas of improvement in technology, people, and process to enhance incident response and management capabilities
  • Provide domain expertise for delivery of SAP and SuccessFactors projects, including defining complex changes
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors certification (desired)
  • Experience in managing and leading technical teams, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring
  • Consulting, functional, and technical advisory experience in HCM-related systems
  • Knowledgeable about integration with other HR processes and 3rd party applications
  • Ability to serve as a liaison to assigned SAP & SuccessFactors account representatives in communicating and escalating technical requests
  • Significant experience in the IT industry, with a focus on SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors and HCM-related technologies, including module configuration
  • Experience in supplier management
  • Experience in driving innovation and thought leadership
  • Experience with functional design/process flows
  • Experience with solution design
  • Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), training, knowledge transfer, and deployment
