Job Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise in payroll systems administration to provide systems support for the Kronos T&A platform.
  • Conduct data analysis, reporting, and systems troubleshooting to ensure data integrity across multi-entity payroll operations.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to resolve system issues and optimize processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within payroll systems and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with payroll systems administration, preferably Kronos T&A.
  • Knowledge of multi-entity payroll environments.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with payroll, HR, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities within a collaborative team environment.
