Compensation Advocate Role

This role provides advice and assistance to members, their families, and the wider military community in relation to claims and appeals matters.

The Compensation Advocate will work directly with clients to prepare and submit compensation claims, manage client files, and communicate with representatives to gather information and provide timely updates on claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit compensation claims under supervision.
  • Work within legislative and policy guidelines to document claims from Veterans.
  • Case Coordination - manage and update client files using record management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives to gather additional information and provide clients with a timely update on their claim.

The ideal candidate will have effective case management skills in a high-volume work environment and be able to follow process, policy, legislation, and remain confidential.
