Job Description

The Australian Defence Force (ADF) and its members rely on dedicated individuals like you to provide support services. As a Veteran Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for current and former defence force personnel seeking assistance with various aspects of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective solutions to clients' inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall experience for veterans and their families.
  • Analyse complex situations and provide expert advice on entitlements, legislation, and relevant policies.
  • Built strong relationships with external partners, including ex-service organisations, to facilitate a comprehensive network of support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure seamless communication between teams and stakeholders.
