Lead Strategic Growth and Engagement

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our growth and engagement strategy, fostering meaningful connections with stakeholders and elevating our impact.

This senior leadership role requires a capable leader with a passion for social justice, proven track record in the for-purpose sector, and expertise in philanthropic fundraising, brand management, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and government/community engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth and engagement strategies aligned with our strategic plan
  • Lead philanthropic fundraising efforts, including major donor relationship management and grant applications
  • Oversee brand management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Build strong partnerships with government agencies, community organisations, and philanthropic donors
  • Lead and mentor a team of Senior Managers within growth and engagement
  • Contribute to organisational strategic planning and executive decision-making

About You:

The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in communications, business, public relations or related field, minimum 8 years progressive leadership experience (community services/NFP sector preferred), extensive operational experience in philanthropic fundraising, and demonstrated success in developing and delivering engagement and partnership strategies.

  • Experience working with executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in coaching and supervision frameworks
