Job Description:

Becoming the cornerstone of our financial management is a critical role that calls for visionary leadership, technical expertise, and strategic acumen. As our Senior Financial Director, you will oversee all aspects of our company's finance function, ensuring alignment with global compliance requirements and driving business growth through sound financial discipline.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will encompass leading and managing core finance functions such as accounting, tax, compliance, reporting, cash flow, and forecasting. You will hold end-to-end responsibility for the finance function, guiding both onshore and offshore teams towards shared objectives.

Key tasks will include delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with precision, timeliness, and adherence to Australian accounting standards. You will also oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear financial analysis to support informed decision-making. Additionally, you will proactively manage cash flow, including oversight of accounts receivable and payable, and lead year-end processes, including liaison with auditors, tax agents, and external advisors.

Achieving operational excellence and process automation will be paramount, as you standardize and automate reporting, controls, and compliance across the group to enhance efficiency. Furthermore, you will partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board, influencing finance at the highest level and translating complexity into clarity.
