Program Director Opportunity

The UNSW Centre for Social Impact is seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead the development and delivery of high-quality education programmes.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Programme Director will play a critical role in shaping the educational strategy and operations of the Centre.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applying a well-defined teaching philosophy and critically reflective teaching practice to enhance student learning and cultivate a positive educational environment.
  • Providing academic and professional oversight for the planning, design, and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programmes.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the Centre's strategic initiatives as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Leading the continuous improvement of teaching quality across the Centre's courses and programmes.
  • Providing effective leadership to the Education Team.

Requirements include a PhD in a field related to Social Impact, demonstrated experience as a scholar and educator, and a strong scholarly track record with publications and research grants.
