The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Law team, you'll work autonomously but with plenty of support when needed. You'll collaborate with other lawyers to manage our diverse client base, working across various sectors and sizes.

Your expertise will be invaluable in providing in-house style legal support to our clients. You'll build close relationships with our clients, who will see you as an extension of their team. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and support other team members, helping to drive our team's success.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years of post-admission experience
  • A strong background in private practice and experience working in-house (or a willingness to adopt an in-house style of working)
  • Extensive experience and a genuine interest in property law and/or construction
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting more junior team members
  • An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
  • High commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic and definitive advice
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude
