Opportunity Overview

A mid-level role exists for a Legal Counsel to join our Sydney CBD office. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated lawyer to work across a broad range of areas and gain valuable experience under the mentorship of an excellent leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and high-quality legal support to the General Counsel – ANZ
  • Assist with public liability insurance matters, including administration of claims and liaison with external counsel
  • Review project management and consultant contracts, property management agreements, and provide feedback on terms and conditions
  • Assist with and take ownership of Savills' ongoing training and compliance requirements
  • Provide day-to-day advice and general correspondence, as well as debt recovery matters
  • Ensure the Legal Team's document management system is organized and up-to-date
Requirements
  • Studying or completed a Bachelor of Laws degree from an Australian university
  • 4 years PQE
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • A team-oriented work ethic
